Notwithstanding anything contained in this Policy or elsewhere, QDTea and its personnel shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage or misuse of Your Personal Information, if such loss, damage or misuse is attributable to a Force Majeure Event (as defined below).
Further please note that QDTea does not ask you to share your password, credit card, debit card or online banking details with it. Please don’t respond to any such emails. QDTea shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage caused by responding to such emails and sharing information with third parties.

A Force Majeure Event shall mean any event that is beyond Our reasonable control and shall include, without limitation, sabotage, fire, flood, explosion, acts of God, civil commotion, strikes or industrial action of any kind, riots, insurrection, war, acts of government, computer hacking, unauthorized access to computer data and storage device, computer crashes, breach of security and encryption, etc.
7. Scope of the Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to products and services from QDTea, and does not apply to products and services from any third party. Our application and services may contain links to third party websites, products and services. In addition, our products and services may use or provide the product or service from a third party. Your use of the App and any dispute over privacy is subject to this policy and our Terms of Use as displayed on Our App. This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes in relation to the Privacy Policy will be adjudicated exclusively before a competent court at Chandigarh, India only.
